A Modern Take on Curtain Hooks

My current approach to product and industrial design is to offer up my functional and figurative viewpoint. Typically working in close tandem with requirements for size, pricing, production, usage, or shipping, I absorb as much as I can about the need for this product and who’s going to be using it, and how.  I research niche industry players, established designs in the marketplace and the competition.

Then, we start designing and prototyping to bring ideas to life.

Created because they were tired of buying things they didn’t love, the Brooklyn based co-founders of QuietTown Home hired me to help them design modern, functional beautiful shower curtain hooks. I also researched the production options and eventually sourced their manufacturer, and old-school U.S. based wire bender.
